I would like to see that as theinfo I had was the school existed but not as a militaryschool from 1856-61. The weapons, cannons etc had all been returned to the aresenal. George Alexander and Maj Benton both left in 1856. I knew there were quite a few former students in Co I, but the majority were adult males of the community. I would be very inerested in seeing your documentation. I also know that the unit did not carry the cannon with them to Virginia as no true infantry company, raised as such, would have done that.
