Indeed..Israel Pannell was the father of William,Benjamin and James Pannell. All soldiers in Co.C,35th Georgia Infantry...Interesting the family was in Talladaga Co.,Alabama in 1860 and came to Atlanta area to enlist in a Georgia Regiment.
