I think it's a little harsh to say the south stood for slavery.
Do you think your ancestors fought to keep slavery?
Then that flag does not stand for slavery.
I remember seeing the general lee for sale in walmart one time and it didn't have the confederate battle flag on it.
It had the US flag on it!!
That is how far they are willing to go to censor the flag.
The ignorant want to ban it just because the south had slaves.
