Question: Was Ephraim Henry in Capt. W.R. Marshall's Artillery? .. A regimental card showing his CSA service is shown in Ancestry.com (below is the URL), but I cannot find it in the Fold3 Tennessee records. .. Is he listed under a different name? .. Is it a fake?

Below is E.L. Henry's entry in my 200-page Name Index of my 1,046-page book that is from handwritten records, including 240 North Texas militias. .. "Titus Co, TST" refers to his service in an 1861 Titus County, Texas militia. ..This E.L. Henry was a resident of Titus County TX (see 1860 Titus census p161). ... Note: My book is a study of 240 North Texas militias.

HENRY, Ephraim Lyle Henry (1819 GA-1905) m-L. Luker; enlisted 1863 Sevier Co TN in W.R. Marshall's Artillery, Company H (Titus Co, TST)

If you cannot access the Ancestry.com web page cited above, I will send it in jpg format.
