I am looking for any information about Thomas Jasper Tarpley and his parents or siblings. Thomas was born in Madison county Tennessee. His birth was July 3 1828 and he served in the Civil War in a group from Tennessee. He went to Texas after the war and lived there until his death in the 1919 flu epidemic. I am trying to locate who is parents are and any siblings he may have had. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Debbie
