Would like to thank ya'll very much for the links about the retreat from Nashville. My CW ancestor fought at the Battle of Nashville,in the 12th TN Cav., USA, Co. K, but was wounded on Dec. 15 and sent to the hospital where he recovered until Mar. 1865. I have his pension and military records, but would like to have hospital and daily records too. Any idea 1.) Where I can find list of hospitals in Nashville at that time? 2.) Would such records be extant? Again, a big ol' thank you.
