I found the following at Rootsweb and Find-a-grave (markers photographed). The Rootsweb entries acknowledge the marriage of Rachel Jones to "a Rowe" but had no info on him.

Rachel Alice Jones (b. 7 January 1843 Sullivan Co., TN, d. 22 January 1929 Unicoi Co., TN, bur. Jones Cem in Unicoi Co., TN, daughter of James Henry Jones and Elizabeth Ellen Feathers) married John Jasper Newton Nelson (b. 16 January 1846, d. 11 Oct. 1919 Unicoi Co., TN, bur. Jones Cem in Unicoi Co., TN, son of John Nelson and Nancy Jane Whitson. Children with John Nelson were Nancy, William, John, Laura, and Ellie.
