I'm interested in following this as well. My 3X Great Grandfather, WIley H, Bagwell of Spartanburg, was shot Nov. 5, 1864 at Fort Morton skirmish - the day after Lincoln was re-elected. He died 13 days later. He was a second Lieutenant, Co. C - infantry.
