Frederick,
According to Hagood's Memoirs it was C. P. Brothers of Co. H.
He lost his right leg.
Other members of the Color Guard at Weldon RR have been documented
as the following;
Color-Sgt D. R. Bowman, Co. H, wia & cia
Color-Corp. L. M. Cummings, Co. H, mortally wounded
Ensign ____McCarroll, killed

The last two entries above was taken from the SC Book of the Dead.
After Hagood's rescue of the Colors he handed them to his courier,
Dwight Stoney, who carried them through the rest of the battle.
