Looked for that when I was researching at Tulane last week, but nothing evident? Back of note has notation "Marietta Ga.". Col. WPJ's wife was staying in Marietta in the spring of 1862. By late in the war, she took up residence with her husband in Richmond. She was not with WPJ when he was captured with the Davis party in May of 1865. Who was "Lamb" may take another trip to NO to find out??
