Yes, I know he is not buried at the Burt Cemetery in Columbia and yes, I know he is at Bay Creek Cemetery. I have been in contact with his great grand daughter who is 92, as well as other relatives. I am dealing with descendents of George Washington Burt who fathered Elijah Burt. I have seen his old oval glass framed portrait in the possession of one the descendants.
