I live near Brice's Crossroads. I went out there today and checked the tombstomes and there is no Charley Hattox or any Hattox buried in the Confederate Cemetery there. The cemetery has about 90 of the brave Confederates that was killed in the battle and was buried there. This does not mean this man did not fight and/or die from the battle. This only means he is not buried there.
