Hugh,

I am thanking you again for sharing all you have learned about burials in Lauderdale county, Tennessee. You have been most informative. You do know a lot about the cemeteries in the area and I appreciate your stepping up to the plate with your knowledge. Yesterday I found the record in the OR's that the Confederate dead were buried at Fort Pillow. It has been there all along and we just didn't read it carefully enough. Now to find where in the Park they were buried. (Reckon I should tell the Historian at the Park?) The two cousins and I knew we would find it soon. After all these years of hunting and not knowing where our g-g-grandfather was buried, it is kind of overwhelming, at least for me.

To you all, Hugh, Gator and Duncan, thanks for your responses and help. Y'all are just the best for caring.

Nancy
