Livingstons is a strong possibility. If Hinds stayed within the SW Mo. area and did not join up with either the Cherokees or Shelby's Brigade, then that does leave either Coffee or Livingston. In the latter case there were not many survivors according to the account I have from a man who was with Livingston. He stated that at one time 175 men served and barely twenty made it through, most of whom went to Texas after the war.
