Thanks so much for the good information. My biggest problem is finding the extra time to spend at the library going through microfilm! For that reason, if anyone happens onto a "steamboat story" from the CW time period, I would really appreciate them sending it to me...anything I get that way will be credited "courtesy of..." in my notes and in the final work.

Meanwhile, if anyone has a question, my resources are fairly extensive on many of the boats, and I would be happy to at least attempt to find an answer.
