Well as soon as I got to looking a little further I found on Find-a-Grave in Rose Hill Cemetery in Macon, GA a marker for Col. Isaac G. Seymour. It is a new marker and I have no clue if the Colonel's remains were removed to this cemetery in his city of birth or whether this is a memorial marker. The originator of the memorial on F-a-G is unavailable. It was always a bit surprising to me that for being that early in the war that his and other remains were not removed to Richmond and buried, particularly since the South held the field after the battle. Evidently Wheat's men or someone recovered him from the field as he now rests in Hollywood Cemetery.
