Unexplained Muster card

There is a muster card in the digital archives of Co. A, 5th KY (Mounted) Infantry Regiment CSA for a Henry Barker that states he was wounded at Shiloh, was captured and sent to Louisville.

Here is the problem. The original 12 month 5th KY that formed at Prestonburg on October 20, 1861 was never anywhere near Mississippi during its entire year of existence. In fact, at the time of Shiloh (April 6-7, 1862), the 5th KY Infantry was camped at Big Moccasin Creek south of Holston Springs, VA.

I know that the 5th reformed after it disbanded on Oct. 20, 1862, but that was long after Shiloh.

Was there another CSA 5th KY Infantry at Shiloh?
Where can I find info on it?
Could this just be a clarical error?
