Fort Matanzas was in extremely bad condition by 1861 and was not used by the Confederacy, although I'm sure a picket or two may have been stationed in the vicinity early in the war. The structure had been built quickly by the Spanish and suffered from poor engineer, which caused sections of the walls to crack and fall away. It has now been restored and the National Park Service offers free ferry rides over to Rattlesnake Island where the little fort (really not much more than an elaborate stone tower and blockhouse) is located.

Fort Marion, of course, is Castillo de San Marcos National Monument on the bayfront in St. Augustine.

Hawkinsville was a now defunct community in East Florida. I'll look up the exact location for you later today.

Best,
Dale
