I do not have a file for this flag - but then again not all of my NC flags stuff has been filed away so I actually might.

I would have to see the seams on the red field but typically these flags were two bolts of 18 inches and one of 9 inches. and the seams run left to right.

I can send my email to the FOTC web site master and ask if he can add it in.
