According to the drawing that I have for this flag there are/were four honors on the obverse (frint) side: Lee's Farm (left quadrant), South Mountain (upper quadrant), Sharpsburg (right quadrant) and Fredericksburg (botom quadrant). According to the sheet the same honors were on both sides. These were painted in black on white strips and then sewn to the flag - quite unqique for ANV Second Bunting issues.

If these drawings are correct that's what the flag has. The color picture that I have only shows three of them on the obverse side.
