I am working on a reproduction of the 15th NC Flag for reenacting purposes.
The fragment remains in the MOC, War Dept # 415.
I see Black battle Honors on White.
SOUTH MOUNTAIN
SHARPSBURG
??????SBURG.
I would like your opinion on the bottom Battle Honor.
FREDERICKSBURG?
WILLIAMSBURG?
VICKSBURG?
Also, there appears there may have been a 4th Battle honor on the missing fly side. Any opinoin or idea what that might have been would be greatly welcomed.
Of course, I could make my own professional guesses but would be honord to have yours.
