Yes, a new and very obscure one! About all I know comes from a couple dozen pension applications. They reference the following captains of companies --

Co. A--Capt. Brewer.
Co. G--Capt. William Norman.
Co. ?--Capt. Scott.
Co. ?--Capt. Marberry.
Co. ?--Capt. Clay.
Co. ?--Capt. Hunter.
Co. ?--Capt. McGuire.

The regiment seems to have consisted of old men and boys. The pension applications were submitted by men mostly from Clark, Pike, Sevier and Hempstead counties. Most of the applications refer to the regiment as McNeil's Infantry, a few as McNeil's cavalry, neither of which have anything to do with Archibald J. McNeill -- which took me awhile to figure out.

Any ideas?
