Thanks George and David, that's what the Union Army map shows. I still want to read the Confederate Army and the 600 wagons report again of its passing through Stony Point. Something's not making sense. Also Oakland Grove P.O. was Austin, Arkansas, Austin was also known as Atlanta, Arkansas until the Post Office of Austin was established in 1861. These names over lapped due to different early settlers of the area. Old Stoney Point was spelled without the E (Stony Point).
