In Power's 14, the following companies were form those counties:

Company D – Commanded by Captain George W. Campbell, organized in Searcy County, on July 17, 1861.[9]

Company H – Commanded by Captain Robert E. Trimble, organized in Searcy County July 13, 1861.[13]

Company I – Commanded by Captain Wythe Adams, organized in Izard County, on July 29, 1861.[14]

Company K – Commanded by Captain James H. Love, organized in Searcy County, on August 5,
