I hate to tell you this but this appears to be a POST, Battle of Little Rock Table of Organization. Maybe the re organization of the Confederates in late September 1863.

I say this because in mid July 1863 Brig Gen. Daniel Frost Missouri Brigade (Mitchell's 8th Missouri, Clark's 9th Missouri Infantry Von Phul and Ruffner's Artillery with Hardy's regiment 19th and 24th Arkansas Infantry attached) were ordered to Little Rock from Pine Bluff and abandoning Fort Pleasent there removing the heavy artillery at the fort to the Little Rock Arsenal. (O.R.'s) I know that Hardy's regiment and this brigade were in the entrenchments at Argenta (North Little Rock) in late August 1863 from Lt. Farr's (of Hardy's Regiment) letters at the Butler Center.

It does not appear that Hardy's Regiment was detached from Frost Missouri Brigade and joined Tappen Brigade until the re organization of the Confederate Army after the Battle of Little Rock.
