William Rufus Holland

I am looking for information on a William Rufus Holland. He was born in 1848 in Georgia, and was supposed to have been kidnapped when he was a boy playing in front of his parents house by a hitching post. He dad was supposed to be a banker. They took him to Indian Territory and he held their horses while they steal horses in Indian Territory. He had fought in the Civil War for Arkansas (he lived in Searcy Arkansas). He was buried in Sulphur Oklahoma (Murray Country) and his widow's pension application (in Oklahoma) states that he was in Crabtree's Arkansas Regiment 45th Mounted infantry. We had always heard that it was for the 15th mounted infantry. I know that my great great grandmother (Mary Ann (Polly) Holland) had her minister to vouch that he had fought in the Civil War. She had trouble getting his pension?? He was supposed to have been captured and released in Galveston Texas.
Any information would be helpful. This is all that we have about him.
