Thanks so much for all the help on Parsons Order Book. I have one ordered now. I can't wait; I know I will enjoy reading about the Cavalry and all the places y'all have spoken about. I've spent a summer in Fayetteville when I was 12 years old with g Aunt Lila Jodan Harrison and have been around the tract a few times with a race horse Tony and another Prince right on the street. Also in the mountains. Really loved it all. She was attending the University of Arkansas and was writing Civil War stories. I used to go to the library there with her. Her father-in-law was E, B, Harrison brother of La Rue Harrison; her husband, Ralph Yeater Harrison. We were also there in 1965 closing up her apartment upon her death and have a chair from the Jordon Plantation. I'm from St. Louis and my father, Arthur Jordan Sykes from Prescott, a bother Uncle Clyde Sykes also but moved to New York used to ride horses a lot. I have never been to southern Arkansas but relatives have come through St. Louis on the way to New York, Europe and one to Columbia, Mo. to attend Stephens College there, one from Eldorado. and Camden. Places my father has spoken of often. Kay
