Thats true Bryan..So much is still out there.Ive been a Tx/CSA collector for many years and have seen just a fraction.Piles of original Houston/Tri-Weekly Telegraph newspapers.Muster rolls.Handwritten orders.Receipts.You name it.The biggest of all paper money shows in Memphis is every June..Go back this year and find Hugh Shull..Hes Mr.Big in Confederate paper.Richie Selph out of Shreveport will be there..I keep telling him he needs to find those trunks of Trans-Mississippi documents! Of course all CSA material is very expensise now.Union items are much less.

I will tell you a story about Texas.Up until about the early 1960s the archives were open to the public.People just came in and poked around and took what they wanted as souvineers.Bring your scissors and clip of a famous signature and discard the rest.No one cared about that stuff way back then.Just so much dusty junk paper.
