Perhaps it could be like those "stars" who have died from passing out from alcohol and drugs, and then throwing up and choking to death???

If she was violently ill and went to bed, she could have thrown up and choked...who knows, the article said the stuff was all over her cheeks etc. I know I remember my first try at chewing tobacco, I got so sick feeling, the only way I could get over it was to lay down and go to sleep. Luckily, I did all my throwing up prior to going to sleep!!
