Judy, I don't know the status of the graves of Confederate soldiers who died in the hospital at Columbus, Mississippi. In many cases, such as the Arkansas camp hospital near Tupelo, the graves were obliterated over time. In other cases, the graves survive but the wooden markers have long since disappeared.
