J.F. Reynolds GAR Camp, Cullman Al

Has anyone seen ever seen a Membership Roster for this Camp or any Records? It was Organized in March of 1889. I am still searching for any War time service for my 2nd Great Grandfather William M. Allred B. Feb. 1834 Blount Co. Al died Cullman Co. 15 Sept. 1918. For years I thought maybe he had been one of the Numerous Men from area that Hid Out, but I recently saw in 1910 Census in Veteran column, what appears to be U.S. Veteran? So thought maybe he was in this Camp and possibly mentions what unit he was in, I do not think he was in 1st Al. USV but he may have joined a passing Union outfit? This would be may last possible clue as Alabama 1890 Union Veteran Census was apparently burned.

thanks
