Mr. Bell: There was a Sgt. Benjamin Franklin McMillan, Co. H. 17th Alabama Infantry killed at Franklin, Tennessee on November 30, 1864. He is buried in the McGavock Confederate Cemetery there, Alabama Section 68, Grave # 2. Tim Burgess
