What I have is a copy of the form with info that shows a signed name on the bottom and that the person was the copyist. Above his name it shows Confed. Arch., Chap 6, File No. 543, Page 44. Can I get a copy of this document? If so, where do I go? My gggrandfather was with the 41st Inf. GA Regmt. It shows the town as Haralson and I checked an old map on line and there was a Haralson town in Coweta County, GA. Your info tells me he was furloughed to Haralson. Thank you so much for your prompt reply.
