Thank you again for your insight & information.Ill have to go back to the Morgan Co Hist. book and review. I have gone thru the complete enlistment records for the 5th. Unless captured its difficult to acertain residence however I have yet to find one from in or near Union Springs. Haleyville, Littleville, Allens Factory, Moulton, Mountain Springs, Howells Store & Cherokee were the principle locations. Some were picked up along the way from hospitals etc. Ill see if there is more on Patterson & document the source and get back. Am I correct that only 4/5 original muster rolls exist?
