I put together a brigade history which cover the period of service from East Tennessee until Appomattox. It includes a list of battles and skirmishes, as well as summaries of staff officers who served Generals Gracie and Moody. If this information is correct, the flag was captured at Lewis Farm near Gravelly Run on March 29, 1865.
