Residence was not listed;
Enlisted on 8/31/1861 as a Private.
On 8/31/1861 he mustered into "K" Co. PA 11th Cavalry
He was Mustered Out on 8/13/1865 at Manchester, VA
(MO while absent sick)

A Father’s Class pension in his name was filed March 1, 1878, Application No. 235,735, Certificate No. 193,150

T289: Organization Index to Pension Files of Veterans Who Served Between 1861 and 1900.

Note, there is no death date listed on this index card. His service and Pension papers may be procured through a service provided by these boards, see:

Also, his VA tombstone application papers should provide information on his death which I would suspect is where he was residing post war.
