Hi,

I believe my GGGF was in the Confederate Army and I am trying to determine if there is any additional information from his enlistment papers that would help me confirm he was in fact my GGGF. I have a couple CMSR's but they only contain basic information - date of enlistment, when paroled, etc. Do you know if there are any additional docs that might provide more details about him such as DOB, place of residence, etc? Any help would be appreciated.
