The jacket will be the most visible part of your uniform. You want to get a good one.

If you get the standard RD II from that vendor it will be made of modern wool with modern fibers. Unless you get English Army Cloth very few original type II jackets were made of wool so DON'T GET WOOL unless you get the EAC. So they give you the option of jean cloth which is one of the correct materials for original jackets. It's thinner (a wool and cotton blend), and more comfortable. It is also $55.00 extra. Get Jean!

Top stitching is a stitch that extends down the button hole side of the front of the RD jackets and one of the features that make it a RD jacket. The page says nothing about top stitching which is very visible and should be hand sewn. Didn't see anything about an inside pocket either. Add another $9.00 for sewing on the buttons. Now you have a jacket that cost $264.00.

Click on CS fabrics in the description of the jacket. All of these fabrics are good. Notice there is no wool mentioned except the kersey which is close to English Army cloth. The standard jacket is $200.00 plus 20 if you want Logwood or Kersey material. Logwood material fades over time and exposure as many of the organically dyed CS uniforms did. It is nice but other jean will do.

Being a reenactor for 30 plus years I can assure you that ww& co has the better jacket for the money (40 to 60 dollars cheaper). The money saved can be used to buy your trousers from the first vendor.
