The Compiled Service Records of the regiment may give some indication of clothing issued. Check the record for the Company Captain (or other commanding officer if the Captain was MIA, WIA, or KIA.) There is often a dated list of clothing issued. However, I have not seen a list that says specifically which individual the clothing was issued to.
