I've found a lot of material on Ancestry that looks like items from the blog, but apparently can't get in to view anything without a membership.

I would like to find out more, as mentioned, as to which branch of the Showalter family you're from. Perhaps a note on the blog to me? All comments/notes on the blog are set up so that they have to be approved by me, so nothing will go online of a personal nature, if you care to try that way.
