Hey Michael you may know that John L.Melton and his father David L.Melton Sr.are all in the Rowlett Creek Cemetery,Collin Co.I dont know where David Jr.is buried.Aparently Jr.survived the war tho.They are all three on the 1867 Collin Co.Tax list published by my cousins Rita Roose and Jeanette Bland."Collin County,Texas-Records of Reconstruction Days."
You should get John a CSA marker.
