CS Francis Marion Burnett

Looking for a confederate roster that would have Francis Marion Burnett from Texas on it. He ran away at age 15
to join the war. He was called "Captain". He was granted a pension in 1915. He was with Martin's Regiment I believe with Col. Erath. After the war he went and faught the war in Mexico. He died in 1930. We can find the pension #26942 but don't know what regiment or company he was with in Terry County, Texas. He was also with the soldiers that found Cynthia Ann Parker in Texas.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

Judy
