The address is www.ebdb.net. This will bring up a search block. It is spelling sensitive; if you key in "10th" instead of "Tenth" it won't come up, but it does not appear to be case sensitive. You need not key in the full title, only some of the key words, and it will work for the author's name,, as well. It's a really good site, with an very large number number of Civil War books and even speeches which are now out of copyright. A lot heavier on Northern than Southern sources, but very useful.
