Henry C. Scott--McMinnville, Tennessee

I am trying to find information about Henry C. Scott. The published family history states that he was killed at McMinnville, Tennessee in 1863 while serving in the command of John H. Morgan. There does not appear to be any Confederate service record in the National Archives for Henry C. Scott. He was residing in Dallas County, Texas in 1860. His brother, Emmett Burns Scott, was also said to have served in Morgan's command, although his service record is for Company K, 1st Louisiana Cavalry, C.S.A.
