Yellow fever is not on your list. It was in the top three for sure.

Records for the war are not complete but the O.R. hits are as numerous as measles.

In 1862 a big epidemic hit Wilmington, NC. In 1878 20,000 people would die from New Orleans to St. Louis. The sad part is they would not learn the cause until 1900. Yellow Fever was brought to the United States from Africa via the slave trade and spread by urban mosquitoes.
