Photographs of confederate prisoners?

For many years the photographs of Confederate prisoners at Camp Chase may not be Confederate after all. Upon traveling to the NARA in College Park, Maryland I looked at some still photographs of the well known Confederate prisoners. But this photograph had so much more clarity then the other ones I've saw. And the photograph was a little larger and a wider area. For example the little white burr on one of the buildings within the prison was totally unreadable. But the one at College Park you could read the sign and it said "Post Office" over the barracks door. Other images like the guard tower in the background also was new to me.

The supposed Confederates had no Confederate clothing whatsoever not even a kepi and all had shoes and most of them had hats and they all looked well fed and in good spirits with lots of smiles.

While it's a long way from being 100% these might be Union paroled prisoners of war and not Confederate after all.
