Gov. Seymour waa talking about the future and how the Constitution works. I added Texas vs. White since it is a ruling not based on the Constitution but on the Articles of Confederation, therefore ignorable according to Gov. Seymour's comments. Texas vs White is revisable, all it takes is an appeal, the new judges could and should throw it out on the basis of conflect of interest by the some of the judges who ruled on it.
