Re: Limitations of Supreme Court Powers 1863...

That's something to think about. We accept what we have been told on so many of these details that we can find ourselves a bit hesitant to question the boundries of the Supreme Court, or any branch of the Government for that matter. I wonder if the question has been answered since it was posed? Would this question the right of the Federal Government's use of State troops if the state is unwilling to get 'involved'?
