If this is him, and the date of the enumeration was earlier than Aug. 2, he should have been 61 instead of 60. As one who is in his 60s, I can tell you that I have to stop and think about what year it is and whether or not I have had a birthday yet in order to figure out how old I am. Standing on the front porch talking to someone with a pen and paper in their hand, I might be off by a year or two either way if not given the time to do the math!!
