Some years ago, before Footnote/Fold3, I would often find that the microfilm files were too faint to read after printing.

In these cases, I would be able to get the staff to pull the actual CSMR envelopes.

Today, with Fold3, we often find cards unreadable on-line.

Have you any experience with getting the actual files pulled? Is that possible?
